That's right, readers... it's a fish on a stick covered in mayonnaise! If that doesn't tip you off as to what country "the Commonwealth" is, I don't know what will. I have to say, though, that I was really back and forth on whether or not to put Nezumi's spoken Japanese in kanji or in romaji. Ultimately I went with romaji, so that even if you don't understand the language you can at least have a go at pronouncing it.

People who have webcomics! SpiderForest is accepting applications until the 24th of this month (not the end of the month, as I carelessly posted last week). Check out the application page for more info.

And, of course, your incentive for the week is most of next week's page, untoned.

And, in completely unrelated personal news, I've been trying to teach myself Illustrator at long last. Mostly, it makes me love Photoshop harder... but I'm still trying to get it down because really, it's a good program to know. Fundamentally it's not difficult, but figuring out how to integrate all the tools to actually produce something is a little tough for me. If I ever use it to make any art for "Cetiya," rest assured it will end up here.
